How does it work?
MEWC works through the basis of keeping track of both an individual morning and evening weight readings. By recording your weight twice a day, HeartVoice MEWC program takes into account the difference and provide a graphical representation of your weight fluctuation over the course of the day.
On top of this, with HeartVoice motivating reminders and push notifications of various health tips, every participant is encouraged to be more mindful about their food intake, quality of sleep and activity level on a daily basis.
