If connection is lost during a video consultation video call. The consultation video call will end and you will not be able to recall back the patient as the link will expire. You will need to reschedule another appointment with the patient.

Here’s what you need to do:

Step 1: In the history tab, find this appointment, the status will be labeled “Processing”. 

Step 2: End the appointment. Please end this appointment by entering the payable amount as $0.00 (as consultation is not complete due to poor internet). Click on [Confirm] > appointment status will now be “completed”, and patient is able to join your queue again.

Step 3: Drop the patient a text message or call and advise them to join the queue again.
