What is a normal body temperature?

Normal body temperature ranges from 36.5–37.5 °C on average, although it varies among individuals

Temperature also varies according to physical activities throughout the day & is typically elevated after any form of physical activity. Normal body temperature may change during any given day & is usually highest in the evening.

What is my normal temperature?

Normal temperature varies with individuals & also changes depending on the time of the day.

It is recommended to take regular measurements under the following conditions:
– Measure with the same thermometer
– Measure at the same area
– Measure at the same time of day

What are symptoms of a fever?

  1. A fever temperature is above 37.5˚C
  2. Hot & flushed face
  3. Headache
  4. Body Aches
  5. Feeling light headed
  6. Sweating & thirst
  7. Head, neck & body may feel hot while hands & feet are cold
  8. Shivering
  9. Unexplained crying & irritability in children
  10. Confusion (especially in elderly)
